Toller burs feature a
blood ring to inhibit fluids entering the handpiece from the
operating site, with extended HP shanks to give deep penetration
and maximum visibility. The Tapered fissure (702) bur also
features a reverse twist to the blade flutes, to assist the flow
of irrigation fluids to the bur head.
